| Great Ocean Tourist Drive - Sculptures dotted along coastline – home of the popular surfing spot off of Blackfellows Jetty. |
Waterloo Bay foreshore offering picnic and bbq area, pontoon for swimming and an opportunity to stretch your legs walking along the beach to the jetty. |
| Walking Trail – well defined track easily accessible and using the beach, loops around town including the jetty. |
| Jetty – erected in 1900 to replace old jetty, provided a much needed improvement to the shipping facilities. The jetty has been heritage listed due to its steel pylons, these were screwed into the seabed by a horse drawn winch. The jetty is 1389ft in length (approx 427m). |
Playground / skate park
Set in a lawned area the playground keeps kids entertained for hours, grab a bite at the bakery and sit in the shade and watch the kids play. The skatepark was built in 2006 and the Youth Advisory Council (YAC) group has complimented it with artwork designed by ‘Romy’ a popular local artist. |

Locks Well
Rated as one of the best salmon fishing beaches in Australia, Locks Well is a very popular spot for the keen angler.
With a 60 metre drop, the beach has become more accessible with the erection in 1998 of a 283 step stairway and a lookout, providing great opportunity for the keen photographer to capture the stunning sunsets for which the West Coast is renowned.

Talia Caves / beach
Granite outcrops mixing with colourful sandstone in the calcareous/limestone soils, Talia Caves provide a unique sightseeing opportunity.
The ‘Woolshed Cave’ is a large cavern that stretches back into the cliffs and ‘The Tub’ is a large crater with a tunnel connecting to the sea. There is a monument in honour of a nurse who fell from the cliff and was lost to the sea.
The beach stretches 20kms to Walker’s Rock near Elliston. Beach and rock fishing is good in this area. |

| Walker’s Rock – a part of the Lake Newland Conservation Park, Walker’s Rock offers visitors the opportunity to swim, snorkel, surf and fish on one of the longest beaches on the west coast. (Access onto the beach is by 4WD - experienced drivers only). |
| Sheringa beach – A popular fishing beach offering good catches of whiting and salmon and the views are spectacular. |

| Lake Newland Conservation Park – an elongated lake system providing a wetland habitat for waterfowl. The lake lies at the base of a range of sandhills separating it from the sea. Fresh water springs feed into the lake and bird life such a Cape Barren geese, wild duck, snipe, shelduck, migratory waders can be found . Access is via ‘Sheridan’s Lane’ approx 25kms north of Elliston. Its southern boundary is Walker’s Rock. |
| Mount Camel Beach – Popular surfing and fishing beach. |
| Mount Wedge – is made of a very rare form of granite with only one other in the world being of the same formation. |
| Bramfield – situated 12 kms inland from Elliston, comprises the original township of the district. It was part of Price Maurice’s extensive sheep run of the 1860’s which stretched from Mt Dutton Bay near Wangary northwards. Some curious historical headstones can be seen at the local cemetery. The area is now known for producing organically grown fruit and nuts which can be purchased in Elliston. |

| Colton - An old pioneer town, Colton remains include a church, cemetery (burial place of the first Greek settler to Australia, George Tramoundanas (North). An olive grove lines the walk to the cemetery, planted in his honour. The school is a residence with a bakehouse providing wood fired bread. |
